Baillage of Uganda, Diner Amical

The Baillage of Uganda hosted Chaine Members and guests to a Diner Amical at Miso Garden in Kampala. Located in the leafy neighbourhood of Kololo, Miso Garden offers fusion of Korean and Japanese cuisine.
The informal evening began with wine, beers and soft drinks served with Chicken Gyoza and Kimchi Pancake.
The next round of starters comprised of Philadelphia Rolls, Fantasy Tuna Rolls, Chicken Wings and Vegetable Tempura, served with Sake.
The main meal consisted of Beef Bulgogi, Chicken Teriyaki, Vegetable Japchae, Kimchi and Steamed Rice, paired with the below either red or white wines, which go very well wish Asian cuisine.

White wine pairing: Fleur du Cap Chenin Blanc, South Africa (2019)
