Message from the Bailli Délégué of Uganda
Welcome to the relaunch of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Uganda!
Each member is fortunate to be part of a Society that has a long culinary history and tradition which is still promoted and celebrated today through the Chaîne's extensive international, national and local events. "Grand Chapitres", gala events which celebrate the induction of new members, are organised by the "Bailliages". While activities vary from country to country, all "Bailliages" offer fine dining events, often black tie, in the best local restaurants and hotels, as well as less formal occasions such as "Dîners Amicaux". Dinners are often held in settings such as museums, galleries, private clubs, and historic buildings. The menus and dishes are in many instances, created exclusively for these Chaîne events by chefs, many of whom are also members of our Confrérie.
The sheer diversity and geographical presence of the Chaîne worldwide continues to remind us that each Bailliage forms a vital part of a much larger, dynamic international community. With over 25 000 members in some seventy countries, the Chaîne is forever expanding and evolving through the creation of new Bailliages.
Our members, both nationally and internationally, are not just our backbone but provide the intrinsic support we need to continue to develop and strengthen the presence, prestige and reputation of the Chaîne. Equally, our new members, and those who are about to join us, bring vitality and vigour not just to their national Bailliages but also to the Chaîne as a whole.
One unique point about the Chaîne is that membership is transferable worldwide. This means that if you become a Chaîne member in one country and then for professional or personal reasons you move to another country, your membership is still valid. Additionally, it also allows you to be part of the Chaîne's international network and participate in Chaîne events and activities in different countries across the globe.
The Chaîne is now working towards creating and delivering even more value to its members through new communication and marketing opportunities, which we believe will add a new dimension to the Chaîne experience. Together with your continued commitment and support, we can all enjoy, partake and share in those benefits offered by the Chaîne.

The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is an international gastronomic society dedicated to bringing together professional and non-professional members from around the world who appreciate wine, cuisine and fine dining. This principal and important Chaîne concept is the cornerstone of our Society and one that truly distinguishes the Chaîne from other gastronomic organisations.
For ease of membership and events payment, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Uganda has gone cashless. We have partnered with DPO to accept payments by credit/debit card, MTN mobile money and Airtel money.

Chapitre Denmark 2025 - Copenhagen, Danemark
We celebrate the last event of the year at the lovely Sølyst with Chapitre and Grand Diner.
During the dinner there will be inlaid ribbon ceremonies with inductions and promotions, on stage in the Great Hall.
After dinner there will be music and dancing in the Garden Room.
Dress code Black Tie.
18:00: Arrival with aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres ‘Sølyst snacks’.
18:30: Grand Diner in the Great Hall
23:00: Coffee, tea, sweets and avecs in the salons. Dancing and music in the Garden Room.

Shenzhen Induction and Gala Dinner 2025 - Shenzhen
On November 22, we invite you to step into Shenzhen Induction Ceremony & Gala Dinner at the new landmark of Qianhai— The St. Regis Shenzhen Bao’an—we will cheer for the newly inducted members and celebrate another year of companionship among this group of friends who share a passion for fine food and wine.
Shenzhen Bailliage has always been dedicated to exploring the most locally distinctive culinary culture and sharing it with fellow members and all friends. Therefore, this year’s Induction Ceremony & Gala Dinner specially adopts the theme of "Between the Mountains and the Sea," which aligns with Shenzhen’s regional cultural characteristics.
